Most importantly, these sessions are for us to get to know one another. The greater the level of trust, familiarity and understanding between us, the greater the level of support I’ll be able to give you in the birth space. 

Antenatal sessions can also include: 

• Working through any fears around the birth 

• Exploring your birth preferences and building a birth plan

• Pregnancy yoga 

• Meditations 

• Solo session with your birth partner to better understand their fears & anxieties around the birth 

• Discuss postnatal recovery and support plan 

Sessions are entirely guided by where you would like to take them and which areas you feel you need the most support in, whether that be body, mind or spirit.

These sessions are for me to help you ease into your new life as a parent to a new child, by providing emotional and practical support. Postnatal sessions usually include: 

• Discussing the birth and any emotions that surround it

• Batch cooking a postnatal recovery meal 

• Breastfeeding and baby washing tips 

• Pointing you in the direction of additional support if needed 

• Holding your new baby while you take a long shower and have a much needed nap!

On call from 37 weeks until your baby is born

I will be completely available to you via call and text and join you once you’re in active labour, whether you’re at home, birth centre or hospital

I will stay with you throughout the entire duration of the birth until you are settled in with your new baby
